SilverView Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial window cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Interior window cleaning

• Exterior window cleaning

• Screen cleaning

• Window trim and track cleaning

Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property accessibility.

 Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided in person or through direct communication with SilverView Cleaning LLC.

Pricing may vary depending on:

• Property size

• Window condition

• Accessibility and safety requirements

• Additional requested services

• Severity of buildup or debris

Final pricing will be confirmed prior to the start of service.

 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SilverView Cleaning LLC reserves the right to charge late fees or refuse future services for unpaid balances.

Accepted payment methods may vary and will be communicated directly to the customer.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.

SilverView Cleaning LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions

• Safety concerns

• Equipment failure

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

 Property Conditions & Liability

Customers are responsible for informing SilverView Cleaning LLC of:

• Damaged glass

• Loose screens

• Faulty seals

• Fragile or improperly installed windows

• Any existing property defects

SilverView Cleaning LLC is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, weakened glass, defective materials, or improperly maintained surfaces.

While reasonable care is taken during all services, the Company shall not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages beyond the total amount paid for the specific service performed.

Access to Property

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times.

SilverView Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are deemed unsafe.
