At SilverView Cleaning LLC, we are committed to delivering professional residential and commercial window cleaning services with attention to detail, care, and customer satisfaction.

Because each property, window condition, and service environment is unique, all refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 Satisfaction Concerns

Customers must notify SilverView Cleaning LLC of any service-related concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

We reserve the right to inspect the reported issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A touch-up service

• Partial refund

• Service adjustment

• Denial of refund request where appropriate

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for issues related to:

• Pre-existing glass damage

• Hard water stains

• Mineral staining

• Oxidation

• Scratched or deteriorated glass

• Failed window seals

• Improperly maintained windows or screens

• Conditions beyond normal cleaning capability

SilverView Cleaning LLC does not guarantee the removal of permanent staining, discoloration, or restoration of damaged materials unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information regarding window condition

• Informing us of fragile, damaged, or defective windows prior to service

• Allowing reasonable opportunity for corrective action before requesting a refund

Failure to provide notice or opportunity to address concerns may void refund eligibility.

 Weather & Environmental Factors

Certain environmental conditions, including pollen, rain, dust, wind, or nearby construction, may affect window appearance after service completion.

SilverView Cleaning LLC is not responsible for natural environmental buildup occurring after service has been completed.

Limitation of Refunds

Any approved refund shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

SilverView Cleaning LLC reserves the right to deny unreasonable, fraudulent, or abusive refund requests.

SilverView Cleaning LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
